All material, images of artworks and products together with company logo’s on this site are owned by Modern Detail by Sarah Jane and are protected by international Copyright laws. We reserve all rights. No images or products on this site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied whether whole or in part without the express permission of Modern Detail by Sarah Jane in which a licence fee must be paid.
CANVAS PRODUCTS
All canvas products are one off pieces using Acrylic paints.
Information supplied about canvas sizes and weights are approximate only.
All canvas’s use a timber frame thus these products may have slight bows or warping upon receipt of goods. As walls can also have variations we suggest that the 3mm Velcro wall stickers are adhered on each corner of the canvas and wall.
The Artists logo will appear on the front of the canvas
No photos may be taken of the canvases or portion of for resale purposes as this breaches copyright and Modern Detail by Sarah Jane reserve the right to take action against you.
ALL PRODUCTS
All watermarks will be removed prior to print
All prints will have the company logo printed on the front of the image
Due to circumstances out of our control such as differences in computer monitors, display settings and handheld devices there may be subtle colour variations between the pictures viewed on this web site that is not truly identical to the finished product themselves.
Every attempt has been made to ensure that the products pictured on this website are reproduced as accurately as possible.
The product description will advise what ratio/size is reflected in the pictured image. Should a different size be selected the finished product may vary in appearance to accommodate any different scales required.
PRICES
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of gst, or any overseas duties and levies.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In such event your sole recourse shall be the return of amounts paid by you related to such order (if any)
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Once your order is received you will be invoiced via email. Payment for invoices may be paid via visa or mastercard through stripe facilities.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFORMATION
Shipping and delivery is free and goods will be dispatched 7 – 14 business days from receipt of payment. For any international orders you will be responsible for any applicable custom and duty import fees. We will send you notification once dispatch has occurred.
RETURNS POLICY
Please choose carefully as refunds are not offered due to change of mind or incorrect selection.
DAMAGES
If your product is damaged on arrival please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery. Claims after 7 days may not be acknowledged. You may be asked to return faulty goods which will be at our cost if deemed faulty. We will arrange for an exchange or refund upon return of an approved defective or damaged item

We are not responsible for timeliness, accuracy, unavailability or interruptions in availability, viruses or other defects in the site or its contents. In no event shall Modern Detail by Sarah Jane be responsible for any damages to users or their computer systems or otherwise, even if Modern Detail by Sarah Jane has been informed of the possibility of such damages and without regard to negligence.
