In the rat race of life, we often forget to stop and remember to feed our souls. For each of us this takes on a different meaning and requires different actions to feel nourished in life.
For me feeding the soul is about taking steps to feel at peace or content with yourself, wherever you are in your life at this moment in time.
Hence the chaotic painting of random colour and random pattern. That no matter how messy your life gets and no matter what challenges you may face, you must feed the soul to find peace.

Installation
Can’t wait to get your Sarah Jane Artwork on the wall? The good news is your artwork comes ready to hang with two D rings and a wire fixed to the back of the stretched canvas.
However, I recommend hanging the painting on the two D rings only where possible. This will reduce the stress on the painting. Oh and remember to always use at least two fixtures in the wall.
