Linear IX is a beautiful family painting marking the unbreakable bond between father and daughter. In the style of the Linear range charcoals have been used to outline both figures with black inks shimmering down the bodyline. A hint of colour in fresh mints and pale greys add the the abstract nature with white textured paint overlap.
The father has his arm resting on the daughters shoulder as they walk and talk, lost in their own little world. Captured in a casual pose this drawing captures the endless bond of daddys girl.
